Please read your refundable clause before proceeding with your payment:
- Security Deposit: The Renter has provided a security deposit in the amount of [insert amount] to secure the holiday villa rental and to cover any damages or additional charges incurred during the rental period.
- Refund Conditions:
- a. The security deposit shall be refunded to the Renter within 14 days after the conclusion of the rental period, provided that:
- i. The holiday villa has been vacated by the Renter on or before the agreed-upon departure date and time.
- ii. The holiday villa and its contents are left in the same condition as at the commencement of the rental period, except for normal wear and tear.
- iii. There are no damages to the holiday villa or its contents beyond normal wear and tear caused by the Renter or their guests.
- iv. All keys, access cards, or other items provided by the Villa Owner/Management have been returned to the designated location.
- b. The Villa Owner/Management reserves the right to deduct from the security deposit any outstanding charges, damages to the villa or its contents, or costs incurred due to the Renter's breach of the rental agreement.
- Notice of Deductions: If any deductions are made from the security deposit, the Villa Owner/Management shall provide an itemized list of such deductions along with the remaining balance of the security deposit within [insert number of days] after the conclusion of the rental period.
- Non-Refundable Fees: The Renter acknowledges that certain fees, such as cleaning fees or service charges, may be non-refundable and will not be deducted from the security deposit.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the Renter, the security deposit may be refunded according to the agreed-upon cancellation policy outlined in the rental agreement. Any cancellation fees or penalties shall be deducted from the security deposit.
- Final Decision: The Villa Owner/Management's decision regarding the refund of the security deposit shall be final and binding upon the parties.
